Alert did not trigger an email out for notification - Why?



Why am I not getting an email notification when my endpoints are down?


Looking at the example trend graph for endpoints in CPM Monitoring,  it looks like all the endpoints dropped off at 18:12 on September 12. The active time for notifications for this alert is set from 07:00 am to 16:30 pm.  Due to this reason the alert was not fired to notify you.

We recommend extending the notification to 24/7 if you want to be notified if an alert is triggered by the monitor at any time.
