Breaking Change - Legacy data collectors will no longer work on September 26th 2022

This is a notice that we will be applying changes to the Vyopta Cloud on September 26th which will prevent Data Collectors and Endpoint Monitors running 3.x from connecting to the Vyopta Cloud.   This change will be deployed on September 26th, 2022

We expect there is only a couple percent of our customers who are using the 3.x Data Collector or Endpoint Monitor,  and customers using our 4.x Data Collector will not be impacted.

Customers using our on premise solution will not be impacted by this change.

If you want to check if you may be impacted by this change,   please look in the Vyopta Admin Portal. and look at the Vyopta Collectors widget at the top of the screen.   If you see your collector version as v 3.x,   you will need to upgrade your collector before September 26th.
