Tech Insights 2022 - August to October (UI release 6.3.39/40)
This release consists of bug fixes, security / vulnerability and performance improvements, which also include the following customer issues and new features
UI Fixes:
- Added missing endpoint diagrams for Webex Codec Plus and Webex Boards
- Fixed various display issues in the Monitors Module, when navigating between Tech Insights Monitoring and the Vyopta Admin Portal
- Fixed the Calls and Meetings dataset in Tech Insights Monitoring where an apostrophe was being shown as ' for Source, Meeting Name and Endpoint Name
- Tech InsightsM Detail page link now shows for Unknown Quality
- Fixed login issue to the Vyopta Admin Portal if the user has a role of Admin
- Fixed issue where some users where not able to create a contact in the Account Settings section of the Vyopta Admin Portal
- Fixed issue for SSO users that were being logged out of Vyopta when clicking on our notification and product tours widget in Tech Insights
New Features:
- Enhanced the User Profile Meetings panel chart to filter on System Type and also introduce a Quick Start filter for System Type

Addressed an issue where the call details dataset in Tech Insights Analytics was not displaying all the call details at the bottom of the dataset. |
