I have been getting "Login Failure" error message while trying to login.
When the password fails, Vyopta does not clear out the password field so if you hit the login button again, it will throw the login failure error message and can also lock the account for 15 minutes.
If you get this message, clear the password field and try again. If this does not work do a password reset.
If it’s still an issue, please open a support ticket so we can look into it.
