Some of our customers have run into an issue where 100% packet loss is being reported for an Audio Stream, but there has been no quality issues reported by the caller, nor do we see any packet loss in the Max Packet Loss metric. A sample of the screenshot is below.
In the screenshot below you can see that the average packet loss was 100% but the max packet loss was close to 0%
Microsof is aware of the issue, and this can happen if the caller was on mute for a very short period of time is certain conditions. Microsoft will be fixing the issue
