Introduction
When an organization moves to a SSO with Vyopta, it is important to ensure that users who have not signed in via SSO are not able to continue logging in via local accounts. To prevent this, it is necessary to remove all the user privileges from Vyopta. This will allow the user to login, but they will get a blank page since they are not assigned any roles. Once the user logs in via SSO, the users roles will be picked up from the AD groups the users are assigned to upon login.
This document will provide instructions on how to remove user roles from Vyopta.
