How can we validate a successful data collection from Zoom Phone?
Now that you have successfully completed your Zoom Phone collection setup with the Zoom Marketplace, you may want to check that you are successfully collecting data from your Zoom Account.
Using the CPM Analytics module, you can check that you are receiving Zoom Phone call data from your Zoom account
- In the left Rail, select Datasets and select the Endpoints dataset
- Select the Call Details tab to access the Call Details Dataset
- Use the filter "(Source Caller ends with Zoom Phone) OR (Target Caller ends with Zoom Phone)"
At this point, if you should see your Zoom Users as shown below.
