Unable to login to Vyopta

Solution:

If you are running into issues trying to login to Vyopta, and if you are using the url vanalytics.vyopta.com, you should wait 30 minutes for the temporary lock to clear. After that use my.vyopta.com to login. 

If you are still facing issues with invalid credentials using my.vyopta.com please open a ticket with support for further investigation.
