The patch solves the issue of document loss due to very high CMS call volumes.
1.0 Download Patches
Note: Minimum Collector version required is 4.7.2
2.0 Add parameters to Organization
2.0.1 Login to the Apps Web portal using the firstname.lastname@example.org account.
2.0.2 Navigate to vAnalytics -> All Configs (SU)
2.0.3 Edit the correct Organization
2.0.4 Add the following to the "Extra Config Attributes"
2.0.5 Set the "Logging Level" at the bottom of the page to "Error"
2.0.6 Click Save (Disk Icon)
3.0 Apply ADR Patch
3.0.1 Download ADR Patch above and move to the ADR Server.
3.0.2 Upzip the patch into adr-126.96.36.1998.war
3.0.3 Open the Windows Services window and stop the Apache Tomcat Service.
3.0.3 In File Explorer, navigate to the <Tomcat Install Directory>/webapps directory.
3.0.4 Delete the adr directory.
3.0.5 Delete the adr.war file. Note: Saving a copy is always a good idea.
3.0.6 Move the downloaded adr-188.8.131.528.war file into the <Tomcat Install Directory>/webapps directory.
3.0.7 Rename the file adr-184.108.40.2068.war to adr.war
3.0.8 Restart the Apache Tomcat Service.
3.0.9 If the <Tomcat Install Directory>/webapps/adr directory is automatically created, the upgrade was successful. Login to the ADR Web Portal to verify everything looks correct.
3.0.10 If the directory was not automatically created, open a support ticket for assistance.
4.0 Collector Upgrade
4.0.1 Download new Collector above. Note: Minimum Collector version is 4.7.2
