Why do I see multiple calls in CPM Monitoring when only one is expected?

Question: I have made a single call, but I see multiple calls displayed in CPM Monitoring. Why?

Answer: CPM Monitoring does not perform consolidation of calls, but shows each leg separately, so that any issues can be narrowed down as far as possible - we therefore often show multiple parts of the same call.

The same is not true for CPM Analytics, where the focus is on metrics rather than diagnostics - in CPM Analytics multiple call legs are consolidated wherever possible.
