New Functionality Deep Dive
Simplified & Dynamic Meeting Participant View
a. When you go in to the participant details for a meeting, you will now see the following new columns for faster troubleshooting.

b. Dynamic functionality based on bridge types: These new columns will only be seen for UCaaS system types where data is available.
c. Quickly review Quality details by clicking on the participant name.
Redesigned User experience for Call quality details page
Your Call Quality details view has been redesigned to include:
- A cleaner summary view
- Simplified charts and legend
- A new 'Details' panel
- Two additional trend charts

New 'Calls' Dataset View
We have redesigned our edit panel for easier column selection.
1. From the Calls dataset, find the 'Edit' hyperlink on the top right.
2. This will bring you to the new panel.
This new panel will include 10 new columns that you can choose to enable quick searching, filtering and sorting. These new columns are:
Device Type Platform
Version Local IP
Public IP Media Node
Connection Camera
Microphone Speaker
You will need to select these new columns as they will not be selected by default. Once your selection is made, it will be remembered for next time. These selections are user-specific.
Customizable KPIs and Trend Metrics
You are now able to differentiate between systemic issues and isolated incidents using our newly added fields in KPI and Trend panels.
From the 'My Dashboard' page within Tech Insights Monitoring, click on the '+Add Panels' link.
When adding either a KPI or Trend panel, you now have the ability to filter by:
Device Type Platform
Version Local IP
Public IP Media Node
Connection Camera
Microphone Speaker
When adding a Trend panel and select the 'Calls' category, you will now be able to group by:
Device Type Platform
Version Connection
Media Node
