When I was looking at my infrastructure today, I noticed that I didn't see any monitoring status for my infrastructure (as shown in the screenshot below). Is there a way I can fix this issue?
If you do not see the missing monitoring status, we suggest logging out of the Vyopta Admin Portal (VAP) and then closing out browser. After you relaunch the browser, you should be able to log back into the VAP and see your monitoring status for your different infrastructure. The issue is due to a caching issue with the browser.
