To provide you with a more tailored help experience and to protect our Help Center from non-customer access / abuse, we will require a short, simple registration and sign in process starting 5/20.
This registration enables you to receive more benefits from our growing knowledge base. By signing in we can present self help information that is tailored to your account and Vyopta product suite. You can add comments and provide feedback on self help articles, and you can view the status of any of your support requests online and update them or mark them as resolved.
If you have already contacted us before
If you've already contacted support via email or the Contact Us web page, you may already be signed up. If that's the case and you don't have, or don't remember, your password, simply click on the "Get a password" or "Forgot my password" link. We'll send you an email to reset your password. Once you complete those password reset steps, you'll have your Vyopta Help Center email and password to use in the future.
If it is your first time using Help
The first time you use the Help Center or contact support, we'll ask you to sign up using your work email address.
Click Sign up and You can quickly register your work email in our system following the directions on our welcome email.
