Why does a working infrastructure show as 'Unreachable' in Tech Insights Monitoring?


Some infrastructure devices may show as 'unreachable' in Tech Insights Monitoring even though data is being successfully collected from them.

Tech Insights Monitoring reflects the ability of Vyopta to collect real time call data from a device - some devices, such as Microsoft Teams, do not support the collection of real time information via their APIs, and thus show as 'Unreachable.'

The data used for Tech Insights Analytics, however, is not collected via the same channels, and will still be available.
