Why does a working infrastructure show as 'Unreachable' in CPM Monitoring?


Some infrastructure devices may show as 'unreachable' in CPM Monitoring even though data is being successfully collected from them.

CPM Monitoring reflects the ability of Vyopta to collect real time call data from a device - some devices, such as Microsoft Teams, do not support the collection of real time information via their APIs, and thus show as 'Unreachable.'

The data used for CPM Analytics, however, is not collected via the same channels, and will still be available.
