Issue
When looking at the codec, we are seeing a diagnosis error from the codec "The HTTP Feedback for slot X cannot be delivered". How do I resolve this?
Solution
First, make sure you are using the latest version of the Vyopta Collector. You can get the latest collector update from our Vyopta Admin Portal and use our upgrade steps here.
In the newer versions of the Vyopta Collector, we have recently supported HTTPS feedback from the codecs, so your endpoints should be registering via HTTPS, and not HTTP as shown in the screenshot below...

In this screenshot, we have the first feedback slot returning to the Vyopta Collector (192.168.1.251:22181) using HTTPS, this is how we are expecting the feedback registration to look like in the Endpoint.
If you see HTTP Feedback using http, and pointing back to the Vyopta Collector, you should unregister the link. For example, if the error was coming from Slot 2, you would use the following xcommand on your endpoint.

xcommand HttpFeedback Deregister FeedbackSlot: 2
At this point, a reboot may be required, but you should be able to run diagnostics on the endpoint to confirm that the issue is resolved.
To Register the HTTP Feedback slot again with the collector details, please log into the Vyopta Collector Server and restart the "Vyopta Tech Insights Data Collector" on Windows or the "VyoptaTech InsightsDataCollectorService" on Linux.
