Vyopta Collector 4.0+ Will Not Install Due To Invalid Credentials

Issue:

I am trying to install the Vyopta Collector 4.0+ but the install fails due to invalid credentials.
I have verified the password in the vyoptacollector.xml is correct but the install still fails.

Solution:

The password cannot contain the following characters: @

Please change the password for both the user and in the vyopta collector.xml file.
Then try the install again.
