Vyopta is happy to announce the availably of our new CPM Monitoring API. With our new API, you will be able to query your realtime data for the following
- Endpoint Dataset
- System Dataset
- Calls Dataset
- CUCM Call Records
- Meeting and Participant dataset
- KPI & Trend Metrics
Along with the different capability, your existing CPM "Dial Back" feature is available with the API based on the dial-back package with your account.
The API is a REST based service that returns results in a JSON format, which follows other popular REST API's used by other Cloud solution providers. If you use our API, you will need some development skills to self support the use of the API data.
The goal of our API is to provide a way for external applications to consume our realtime and near realtime data as we collect it from your organization. This API however does not include alerting or historical analytics data.
Currently we are allowing our customer to use our new API in a trial state, and we may bundle our new API in an upcoming solution. If you want to make use of our API now, all you need to do is create a support ticket using the link here and we will provide you with our API guide and some additional documentation and scripts, so you can hit the ground running.
