The call-path feature was only applicable in our older product - Realtime, which is replaced by the more powerful CPM Monitoring. Unfortunately, call-path is not included in CPM Monitoring. It was found to be helpful only in certain situations such as; managed Cisco video endpoints in local point-to-point calls. It took advantage of the trace route command built into the endpoint, but was dependent on ICMP being enabled on the network and quickly broke when it was not or when attempting to trace to any address outside of the LAN.
We may revisit this in the future but it is not currently on the roadmap.
