When viewing Call Rates for participants in CPM Monitoring for a CMS/Acano conference, I only see a value of 0 for the Call Rate, where I do see Call Rate for other systems. Is there an issue
Unfortunately, Acano/CMS does not provide the negotiated call rate in its realtime status API. Since this is provided by most of the other infrastructure options, we have that column reserved in our presentation, but this is not an error on our side, just a limitation of Acano/CMS.
