When adding a CUCM to the Vyopta platform via the configuration tool / admin portal , I am encountering the following message :
"unknown error: No files present in CDR Repository"
This message is returned from the CUCM when :
- there are billing servers configured but not responding, thus causing the CDROnDemand service to fail
To rectify this issue:
- ensure that all billing servers configured on the CUCM have all the details correct, are contactable by the CUCM and are fully functional
Once any configuration errors in the billing server setup have been cleared then the CUCM should no longer encounter this error.
