Why are there large quantity of "Unknown" quality for my Bridge MCU calls?
For gathering participant quality from a MCU, the collector sends API calls to the MCU. Check if there are large amounts of quality unknown coming from your MCU by navigating to Historical > Issues > Bridge participant quality. Sometimes we see that the percentage of Bridge Participant Quality 'Unknown' is very high on some orgs. If you click on this unknown section of the pie chart it will take you to the Call details section and you can identify the Bridge infrastructure on which this is happening.
On the MCU itself, check if the time is set correctly. We merge the participants, call and quality based on time, and if the time is off by few minutes we do not capture the quality.
On the Data Collector try validating the infrastructure, if we are able to validate the infrastructure we should be able to get the quality information also, since we use the same port to query and get the participant quality.
