How can I see all the meetings that occurred on a particular bridge?
Answer
Navigate to the Meetings tab in the Tech Insights Analytics module and select your bridging infrastructure from the Systems dropdown.
The data will then refresh to show only meetings that used the bridge(s) you selected as shown in the screenshot below:
Tip: You can use the date range picker in the top right corner of any tab in Tech Insights Analytics to change the dates you want to analyze. You can click on the button at the top right corner of your page to schedule a one-time or recurring report.

How do I filter out bridge meetings with meeting minutes less than 1?
Answer
In Tech Insights Analytics, navigate to the Meetings tab and select your bridging infrastructure from the Systems dropdown.
The data will then refresh to show only meetings held on the bridge system(s) you selected. You can then narrow this search down to meetings with meeting minutes greater than '1' by clicking on 'New Group' and selecting ‘Meeting Minutes is greater than 1’ as shown below:
Do you want to schedule this as a recurring report? You can use the share button at the top right corner to schedule a report to be emailed to you.

Are you looking to identify the participants involved in a particular meeting? Vyopta's Tech Insights Analytics can help you with that!
In the Meetings view of the Meetings tab of Tech Insights Analytics, you can search for a specific meeting by using the Meeting Name contains/equals filter. Once you find your meeting, you can expand to see the list of participants by clicking the Meeting Name expand.
You can also use the date range picker in the top right of any tab in Advanced Analytics to change the dates you want to analyze. You can click on the button at the top right corner of your page to schedule a one-time or recurring report.
If you want to identify meetings with the most participants and/or the longest durations in the dashboard, you can use the date range picker in the top right of any tab in Tech Insights Analytics to change the dates you want to analyze. You can click on the button at the top right corner of your page to schedule a one-time report or recurring report.
