Zoom Phone device location in Tech Insights Analytics

What location does Vyopta use from the Zoom Phone device to identify the location in the Managed Endpoint Dataset.

Answer

If you are familiar with the Zoom Phone information,   there is three different locations that are available in their master data.

• User - Site ID and Name

• Phone Number - Site ID and Name

• Device - Site ID and Name

For us to populate the field,  we are using the Site where the device site location,  since this value is the best representation for the endpoint's location
