When using Vyopta's CPM Monitoring, you may sometimes see that your infrastructure devices show as 'Unreachable.' This can be confusing, as it may appear that data is not being collected. However, this is not the case.
CPM Monitoring reflects the ability of Vyopta to collect real time call data from a device. Some devices, such as Zoom and MS Teams, do not support the collection of real time information via their APIs, and thus show as 'Unreachable.' The data used for CPM Analytics, however, is still collected via other channels, and will still be available.
